We opened our doors in April 2024 with this team, and it is still this team. No turnover. Only additions as we grow.
Parents care, more than anything, that the guide their child trusts will be here next year. Through the quiet months and the busy ones, we stayed. We are a small school by choice, and we work together, closely, every single day. Come grow with us.

Ms. Marianne AMI Certified
Director and Lead Primary Guide
Ms. Marianne holds AMI certification from the Association Montessori Internationale, the most rigorous Montessori training in the world. When we say "authentic Montessori," this is what we mean: a guide who trained in the original tradition and applies it every day, not a school that uses Montessori as a label.
She practices what she teaches. Many of the materials in our classroom were built by Ms. Marianne herself. She continues to invest her own time and money in maintaining and extending the prepared environment, because she believes the quality of the space is inseparable from the quality of the education.
Parents consistently describe her as warm, exacting, and deeply committed to each child as an individual.
Ms. Runi (Waruni)
Owner and Director
Ms. Runi has been working in early childhood education since 2021. She founded Pristine Montessori in April 2024 with a clear and specific goal: a small, calm, genuinely Montessori school in Hillsboro. Not a franchise, not a curriculum in a box.
She oversees school operations, enrollment, and the family experience from first inquiry to graduation, and she is a familiar, welcoming face to every Pristine family.
Ms. Jasmine
Lead Toddler Guide
Ms. Jasmine has been part of the Pristine community for more than four years. She joined in the school's earliest days and has grown alongside it. She trained day by day under Ms. Marianne and now leads the toddler community with the patience, warmth, and precision this age asks for.
Parents note how quickly their children attach to Ms. Jasmine, and how her calm presence sets the tone for the entire classroom.
Ms. Nicole
Assistant Guide, Toddler and Wobbler classroom
Ms. Nicole has been with Pristine for two years and works alongside Ms. Jasmine in the Toddler and Wobbler community. She brings steadiness, warmth, and careful attention to the youngest children, and she is often the first lap a new Wobbler climbs into.
Ms. Payal
Assistant Guide, Primary classroom
Ms. Payal is our newest team member and works beside Ms. Marianne in the Primary community. She brings fresh energy and a genuine love of working with young children, and she is learning the Montessori philosophy and materials under Ms. Marianne's mentorship.
